  Cold-forged Terminal Inserts prevent loose connections, leakage and corrosion.
  Polyethylene Envelope Separator with Glass Mat prevents treeingand short circuits, enhances by holding up the active material despite bumps and vibrations.
  Electrical performance due to high porosity with low pour diameter & low electrical resistance gives better performance.
  Lead-Calucium Alloy for negative and Low Antimony Selenium alloy for positive plates results in negligible water loss.
  Extra Electrolyte above the Plates ensures that the battery runs cooler and hence reduces water loss thus making it truly maintenance free.
  Polypropylene Container has high impact strength, high shock and vibration resistance even on bad roads.

Intitial Charging Instructions
Filling in Gravity of Electrolyte at 27.C 1.230 +0.005
Rest Period 4-6  Hrs
Specific Gravity of Electrolyte in fully charged  condition 1.240 + 0.005
Charging Current As per Table
Initial chargeing duration 18 – 20  Hrs.

  Test Sp. Gravity 1.280 + 0.005 at 27C & Cut-off voltage 1.75 volts/cell at C20 capacity.
  Conditions of fully charged
a) 3 Consecutive hourly readings of specific gravity and voltage becomes constant.
b) Top of charges voltage will be around 16.0 V – 16.5 V
c) All cells should gas freely
